The Royal British Legion (Skipton Branch) and Skipton Town Council are hosting the Armed Forces Day again this year.   Armed Forces Day is an opportunity for the nation to show its support for our service men and women past, present and future. It's an opportunity to honour and celebrate the work they do in support of our country.

The event which commences at 1000 hrs, will include numerous information stands as well as military bands and other displays which will take place in the arena.  There will be a climbing wall, a quiz and other attractions for children, as well as period clothing and militaria making this a real family day out.
